We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finishing Supervisor to join the dynamic team at KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct the daily finishing activities of precast concrete components, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure high standards of surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of finishing workers, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on the production floor.
- Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to resolve technical issues related to concrete curing, texturing, and detailing.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, quality reports, and material usage for inventory management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize finishing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in precast concrete finishing or a similar heavy civil construction role.
- Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- In-depth knowledge of precast concrete processes, including casting, curing, demolding, and surface treatments.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and construction safety regulations (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between management and site staff.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
