We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Manager to join Provices Group's property operations team in Jakarta. As a critical safety leader, you'll drive comprehensive fire safety programs across our commercial properties, ensuring compliance with national K3 standards and international best practices. You'll develop robust emergency response protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and lead training initiatives to build a proactive safety culture. This role requires hands-on management of fire safety systems, coordination with emergency services, and continuous improvement of safety procedures to protect assets and occupants.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety management systems aligned with K3 regulations
- Lead emergency response procedures and coordinate drills for building occupants
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety inspections of properties
- Manage maintenance of fire safety equipment and emergency systems
- Train staff and tenants on fire safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Investigate fire incidents and prepare detailed safety improvement reports
- Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in fire safety management within property sector
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (K3) certification required
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian fire safety regulations and NFPA standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments and emergency response planning
- Excellent leadership and training abilities
- Proficient in safety documentation and regulatory compliance
