In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and physical execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, from tendering and design approval to final handover.
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor timelines to prevent delays.
- Review and approve material samples and workmanship to maintain high aesthetic and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Handle all necessary documentation, including permits and compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in fit-out or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials.
- Proficient in project management software and basic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
