Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day fit-out operations for leased mall retail spaces
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and mall management authorities
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Manage on-site labor and material resources efficiently
- Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to architectural blueprints
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports and variance logs
- Enforce mall regulations and building code requirements throughout construction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial fit-out or construction projects
- Knowledge of mall-specific regulations and tenant improvement standards
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of Indonesian building codes and safety protocols
