You will engage with prospects, identify their fitness needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them embark on their health journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential members to generate sales leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Conduct professional gym tours, demonstrating facilities and equipment to highlight value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing members to ensure high retention rates.
- Provide expert advice on fitness programs, personal training packages, and wellness membership options.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive gym offerings in the Jakarta area.
- Participate in community outreach programs and marketing events to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or fitness consulting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- High level of energy, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- Professional appearance and proactive attitude toward target achievement.
