Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive fitness consultations for potential members, assessing their goals, lifestyle, and physical condition.
- Present and sell memberships, personal training packages, and supplementary wellness programs to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Lead engaging facility tours and assist with promotional events to attract new members.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to foster loyalty and high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the fitness training team to design customized workout plans for members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment at all times.
- Track personal sales performance and market feedback, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about fitness industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in Bandung.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Sports Science, Physical Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fitness sales, retail sales, or customer relationship management.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized.
- Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE) is a plus.
