Are you passionate about child development and physical education? Little Key Montessori Preschool & Daycare is seeking an energetic and creative Funlethics / Multi Sports Teacher to join our team in the vibrant Summarecon Bekasi area. We believe that physical literacy is the foundation of a healthy, confident child, and we are looking for a mentor who can turn exercise into an exciting adventure.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore various sports and physical activities. You will not just be teaching sports; you will be fostering teamwork, discipline, and motor skill development through a play-based curriculum. If you have a background in sports science, physical education, or early childhood coaching, we would love to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate sports activities that promote physical fitness and motor skill development.
- Create an engaging and inclusive environment for preschool-aged children.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all students during sports sessions and play.
- Foster positive social interaction and sportsmanship among children.
- Prepare sports equipment and set up activity areas before each session.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding children’s physical progress and participation.
- Assist in the development of a unique 'Funlethics' curriculum tailored to Montessori principles.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or coaching environment.
- Deep passion for teaching sports and fostering healthy habits in young children.
- High energy, patience, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work in the Summarecon Bekasi area.
- Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
