- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals and capabilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track client progress systematically
- Lead engaging group fitness classes with proper instruction and safety protocols
- Provide real-time guidance on exercise techniques, form correction, and injury prevention
- Develop motivational strategies to enhance client commitment and adherence
- Stay current with industry trends, new methodologies, and continuing education
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming workout environments
- Collaborate with wellness team members for holistic client care
Kualifikasi
- Certified Fitness Trainer qualification (ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years professional training experience with diverse client demographics
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate effectively
- Expertise in various training modalities (strength, cardio, functional, HIIT)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
