- Assemble and install industrial machinery components according to technical specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Operate fabrication tools (cutting, welding, grinding) with precision
- Perform quality inspections using measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize assembly processes
- Document work activities and maintain maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fabrication or machining environments
- Technical/vocational certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Expertise in operating fabrication tools (MIG/TIG welding, plasma cutting)
- Knowledge of material properties (steel, aluminum, alloys)
- Familiarity with precision measurement techniques and tools
- Problem-solving skills for mechanical troubleshooting
- Physical ability to handle heavy components and work in industrial settings
