We are currently seeking a highly skilled Fixed Asset Accountant to join our finance team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records by managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in General Accounting principles and demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level ERP systems, specifically SAP and Oracle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the fixed asset register, ensuring all additions, transfers, and disposals are recorded accurately.
- Perform monthly depreciation calculations and journal entries in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts of fixed assets and reconcile findings with the general ledger.
- Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and track project costs to ensure alignment with financial projections.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance, depreciation schedules, and maintenance costs for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to verify asset tagging and ensure internal control compliance.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis related to fixed assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in General Accounting, with a specific focus on Fixed Asset Management.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems is strictly required.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
