Michael Page is currently representing a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) in the manufacturing sector to find a dedicated Fixed Asset Accountant to join their dynamic team in Jakarta.
As a Fixed Asset Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of fixed assets, ensuring that all capital expenditures are recorded, tracked, and depreciated in strict accordance with both local regulations (PSAK) and international standards (IFRS). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, tagging, capitalization, and disposal.
- Execute monthly depreciation runs and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger.
- Perform regular reconciliations between the fixed asset subsidiary ledger and the general ledger.
- Lead periodic physical asset audits and inventory counts across manufacturing sites.
- Analyze capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests and monitor project spending against approved budgets.
- Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team by verifying asset-related invoices and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and year-end reports on asset movements and financial status.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies (SOX) and external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, specifically focused on fixed assets within a manufacturing MNC.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK and IFRS accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas).
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, for international reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- CPA or CA certification is a significant advantage.
