RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our fixed assets, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with accounting standards. You will play a critical role in tracking Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), calculating depreciation schedules, and managing insurance coverage for our valuable equipment and vehicle fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are tracked accurately from acquisition through disposal.
- Process and review Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests and invoices to ensure proper capitalization.
- Calculate and record monthly depreciation using appropriate methods and schedules.
- Manage insurance records for all company assets and vehicles, ensuring renewals are processed timely.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconciliation of fixed assets to verify data integrity.
- Prepare and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to fixed assets.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fixed asset management, CAPEX, or general accounting.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and RMC 201 is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
