Join AKR Corporindo's finance team as a Fixed Asset Management Specialist and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company's financial integrity. This position is responsible for the entire lifecycle of fixed assets—from acquisition and valuation to depreciation tracking and disposal. You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, optimize asset utilization, and support financial audits while maintaining accurate digital records. As a key member of our finance department, you'll collaborate with procurement, operations, and accounting teams to implement robust asset management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition, depreciation calculation, and disposal
- Maintain accurate digital records of all company assets using ERP systems
- Conduct regular physical asset audits and reconciliation with financial records
- Prepare monthly/quarterly asset reports for management and compliance purposes
- Analyze asset utilization metrics to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and facilities teams for asset maintenance and upgrades
- Support internal and external audits with complete asset documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed asset management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and asset management software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Certification in asset management (CAMA) or accounting (CPA) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
