Are you passionate about precision in asset management and accounting? TTEC is seeking a meticulous and experienced Fixed Assets Subledger Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Metro Manila.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the company's fixed assets. From acquisition and capitalization to depreciation, impairment testing, and disposal, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal tracking in our subledger. Your work will directly support strategic financial decisions and audit readiness.

Your Role and Impact: As a Fixed Assets Subledger Specialist, you are the guardian of TTEC's significant capital investments. Your meticulous work ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Fixed Asset Subledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all asset records.
- Process asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and adjustments in accordance with company policy and accounting standards (IFRS/PFRS).
- Calculate and book monthly depreciation, amortization, and impairment entries.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of the Fixed Asset Subledger to the General Ledger.
- Coordinate with various departments for physical asset verification and tagging.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries during internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and control of the fixed asset process.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and tax regulations related to fixed assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in fixed asset accounting or general accounting with a strong focus on fixed assets.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) module. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Deep understanding of IFRS/PFRS standards applicable to Property, Plant, and Equipment (IAS 16), Intangible Assets (IAS 38), and Impairment of Assets (IAS 36).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
