- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Ensure the store operates efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, daily operations, and loss prevention

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to create an attractive and brand-aligned shopping environment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the luxury retail industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
