Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor flash dryer equipment to ensure safe, efficient production processes
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machinery to prevent operational disruptions
- Monitor production parameters and adjust settings to meet quality and quantity targets
- Document operational data and prepare detailed performance reports
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in engineering/mechanical fields
- Minimum 2 years experience operating industrial drying or processing equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations in industrial environments
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance knowledge
- Physical ability to work in field conditions and climb equipment structures
- Valid industrial safety certifications (preferred)
