Join Dhanistha Surya Nusantara as a Fleet and Infrastructure Officer where you'll play a pivotal role in managing our heavy equipment and transport vehicle operations. This critical position ensures the seamless integration of logistics infrastructure with operational efficiency, directly supporting our manufacturing and transportation initiatives. You'll oversee fleet lifecycle management, optimize resource utilization, and implement maintenance protocols to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain heavy equipment and transport vehicle fleet lifecycle
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing activities
- Optimize fleet utilization through route planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and disposal
- Prepare fleet management reports and operational cost analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 3+ years' experience in fleet management or heavy equipment operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and infrastructure systems
- Proficiency in fleet management software and maintenance tracking tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in fleet management or heavy equipment operation (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with Jakarta traffic regulations
