Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily fleet operations and driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize fuel costs and delivery times
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and track performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies
- Manage documentation including permits, logs, and incident reports
- Resolve operational disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of fleet management or logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations
- Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
