Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring and coordination of fleet vehicle schedules and driver movements.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles remain in optimal working condition through regular maintenance scheduling and reporting.
- Monitor vehicle documentation, road tax, and insurance renewals to ensure 100% legal compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of daily logistical reports and fleet performance logs.
- Support the Fleet Manager in investigating vehicle incidents, breakdowns, or operational delays.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid E-class driving license is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fleet operations, transport management, or general administration is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work rotational shifts as required by the nature of FMCG distribution.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to operational excellence.
