Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify quality gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop, implement, and audit quality control procedures for vehicle maintenance, driver compliance, and operational processes
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve recurring technical issues and prevent downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Generate comprehensive quality reports and dashboards for senior leadership review
- Train staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure service quality meets contractual requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, quality assurance, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) and quality management software
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex operational data
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
