Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet safety policies aligned with local regulations and Cargill's global standards
- Conduct regular fleet safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operational units
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate driver training programs, safety briefings, and certification processes
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and safety KPIs to identify trends and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting fleet safety
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet safety, transportation management, or industrial safety
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and OHS standards
- Certification in fleet safety, occupational health, or risk management (e.g., CSP, SMS certification)
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret safety data and implement data-driven solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to train and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in fleet management software and safety reporting systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
