Tanggung Jawab
- Manage fleet sales transactions and maintain comprehensive sales documentation
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with sales targets and demand forecasts
- Coordinate vehicle procurement, delivery logistics, and supplier relationships
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend inventory adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for fleet operations
- Prepare detailed reports on stock turnover, sales metrics, and inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales team to align stock availability with customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet management or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices preferred
