Brinks is seeking a dedicated FLM ATM First Level Maintenance Technician to join our team in Medan, North Sumatra. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of cash handling equipment and security systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of ATM hardware and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve minor technical faults and software glitches according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal support teams regarding service status and technical issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and security standards while on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ATM maintenance or similar field service roles.
- Strong understanding of ATM mechanics, printers, and cash recyclers.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
