Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily supermarket floor operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring high standards of customer service and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product display and pricing.
- Implement and maintain strict SOPs regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the retail floor.
- Analyze daily sales reports and work toward achieving branch KPIs and revenue targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock flow and minimize shrinkage.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience specifically within the supermarket or retail industry.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of retail inventory management and merchandising principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with retail shifts.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvements.
