Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily supermarket floor operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring high standards of customer service and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product display and pricing.
  • Implement and maintain strict SOPs regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the retail floor.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and work toward achieving branch KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock flow and minimize shrinkage.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience specifically within the supermarket or retail industry.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of retail inventory management and merchandising principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with retail shifts.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvements.
