Tanggung Jawab
- Manage commercial and operational aspects of the assigned floor to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue.
- Ensure adherence to all store operational requirements, including staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute efficient stock replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans that align with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and align on daily goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and basic accounting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- A genuine passion for fashion, sports, and the retail industry.
