- Plan and oversee all daily outlet operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff to ensure high performance standards
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Optimize operational efficiency while controlling costs
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate transaction processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in floor management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
