- Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards aligned with H&M's global image.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolution and brand advocacy.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
