Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure optimal store performance and achievement of sales targets
- Manage and develop a team of retail associates through effective coaching and performance management
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management procedures are followed
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improving performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or floor supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the fashion/sports retail industry is preferred
