Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve and exceed daily sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage inventory control procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the retail industry or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (Store Supervisor or equivalent).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
