Join our dynamic team as an FMCG Collector and play a pivotal role in ensuring financial stability through effective debt recovery. This position requires you to manage payment collections from distributor clients in the Lumajang and Bondowoso regions, maintaining strong client relationships while adhering to company policies and ethical standards. You'll be the frontline representative in resolving payment discrepancies, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely cash flow for our FMCG operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing firm collection tactics with exceptional customer service to protect our brand reputation while achieving financial targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payment collection from distributor clients in assigned territories (Lumajang & Bondowoso)
- Conduct regular client visits to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and submit daily/weekly reports
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency
- Collaborate with sales team to align collection approaches with client relationships
- Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collection roles
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and payment processing systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Lumajang and Bondowoso geography
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data
