In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities for a portfolio of fast-moving consumer goods. Your key tasks will include prospecting new customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also monitor market trends, provide feedback to management, and collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package comprising a monthly salary of Rp4,200,000–Rp6,000,000, attractive commissions, and additional allowances. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned FMCG products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions with retail partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product placement on shelves.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bogor area and local market.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
