Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ensure production area meets sanitation and hygiene standards
- Document production data and maintain accurate records

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in food technology
- 1+ years experience in food manufacturing or production
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
