Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, assemble, and portion patient meals according to specific dietary codes and menu plans.
- Deliver meal trays to patient wards and ensure accurate distribution to the correct patients.
- Collect used trays, cutlery, and dishware from wards and return them to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas in compliance with NEA and HACCP standards.
- Receive and store incoming food supplies, checking for quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
- Assist in monthly stock takes and inventory control of food and consumable items.
- Operate industrial dishwashers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient-centric service by responding to basic meal requests and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Primary or Secondary education or equivalent.
- Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting tasks (pushing meal trolleys).
- A strong team player with a positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for menu reading and inventory checks.
- Prior experience in the F&B, hospitality, or cleaning industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a fixed shift roster.
- Possess a valid food hygiene certificate or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
