AEON, a premier retail destination, is looking for a dynamic Foodline Manager to lead our team in AEON Kuching. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the performance of our Foodline department, ensuring that every customer experience meets the highest standards of quality, freshness, and service.
As a Foodline Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of department operations, from strategic sales planning and GP management to the meticulous oversight of inventory, backroom logistics, and the selling area. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff and promoters, fostering a culture of high performance and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive department sales achievement to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Manage Gross Profit (GP) and effectively control operational costs to minimize loss.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including accurate ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.
- Maintain high standards of backroom organization and selling area presentation to ensure an inviting customer environment.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of staff and promoters to ensure optimal productivity and customer service standards.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to implement strategies that enhance department performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, GP targets, and retail inventory systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with staff and customers.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and reporting software.
- Highly organized with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and store operations.
