Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate football training programs focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning
- Conduct regular training sessions emphasizing positive reinforcement and player development
- Mentor players on sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth principles
- Organize and coordinate practice matches, friendly competitions, and skill-building drills
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with coaching staff to develop team strategies and season goals
- Maintain safe training environments and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in football coaching with youth players (minimum 2 years)
- Valid football coaching certification from recognized governing body (AFC/FIFA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse age groups
- Creative ability to design engaging practice sessions that develop fundamental skills
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for youth development and commitment to positive coaching philosophy
