Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide efficient assistance with fueling, vehicle checks, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized forecourt area, including sweeping, cleaning pumps, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operate fuel dispensing equipment accurately and safely according to company guidelines.
- Assist with retail sales operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- Monitor fuel levels and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent is required.
- Malaysian citizenship is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor duties.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for handling POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to undergo training.
