Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and monitor the Group's foreign cash position and foreign currency funding requirements.
- Process and verify supplier invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to international vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update accurate records of foreign currency transactions in the ERP system.
- Reconcile foreign currency bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and regional offices, to resolve invoice queries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, local tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of foreign currency transactions, exchange rates, and treasury management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
