We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of John Deere agricultural equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, maintain, and repair John Deere agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of maintenance technicians
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper equipment maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare regular reports for management
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere agricultural equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or related field preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in a remote location with limited resources
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
