- Supervise and direct construction teams to ensure efficient task execution and project timelines
- Monitor daily operations, including material allocation, equipment usage, and workflow coordination
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain OSHA compliance
- Inspect workmanship for quality assurance and adherence to blueprints and specifications
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless collaboration
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation of site activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or foreman roles
- Proven expertise in construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams effectively
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project conditions
