You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing the end-to-end maintenance and repair lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians in daily maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of John Deere agricultural machinery to identify potential mechanical issues before they cause failure.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifecycle and operational availability.
- Diagnose complex electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related malfunctions using diagnostic software and tools.
- Coordinate the procurement and inventory management of essential spare parts and consumables.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all workshop and field maintenance activities.
- Provide technical reports and status updates to operational management regarding fleet reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Foreman or Lead Technician, specifically with heavy agricultural machinery.
- In-depth technical knowledge of John Deere equipment systems and diagnostic software.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a remote or on-site team.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot under high-pressure, field-based conditions.
- Willingness to be stationed in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
