In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our maintenance department, ensuring that our fleet of John Deere agricultural equipment operates at peak efficiency.
As a Foreman, you will lead a team of technicians, oversee rigorous maintenance schedules, and implement repair protocols that minimize downtime. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is not only technically proficient with John Deere systems but also capable of mentoring staff and driving operational excellence in a remote, large-scale agricultural environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of John Deere agricultural tractors and implements.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using John Deere diagnostic software and tools.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage spare parts inventory and equipment supply chains.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules to maximize machine availability and field productivity.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment status, repair history, and maintenance costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, specifically with John Deere agricultural machinery.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Heavy Equipment Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team in a field-based setting.
- Deep understanding of agricultural hydraulics, powertrain systems, and electronic control units.
- Proficiency in using technical manuals and diagnostic software (e.g., Service Advisor).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
