We are seeking a dynamic Foreman (HR & General Affairs) to lead our operations in Kabaena, Southeast Sulawesi. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to oversee HR and General Affairs functions, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. You will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and optimizing HR systems to drive organizational efficiency.
In this hands-on position, you will serve as the primary liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive work culture while maintaining strict adherence to labor regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in employee relations, recruitment processes, and facilities management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor HR and General Affairs teams to achieve performance objectives
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor laws
- Manage recruitment processes from talent sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee office facilities, procurement, and logistical operations
- Coordinate employee training programs and performance management systems
- Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Optimize HR information systems and administrative workflows
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR/General Affairs management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, BPJS)
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and administrative processes
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRM, SHRM) preferred
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
