As a Foreman Human Capital, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day employee operations, managing labor relations, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and local labor laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily human capital operations at the site level to ensure organizational objectives are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disputes, and industrial relations matters.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and site-specific payroll administration.
- Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, safety standards, and local labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for site personnel.
- Implement performance monitoring tools and conduct regular evaluations of field staff.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding company culture, code of conduct, and internal procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or foreman role, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to manage labor relations and resolve conflicts in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Willingness to be stationed in Paser, Kalimantan Timur.
