Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily human capital operations at the site level to ensure organizational objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disputes, and industrial relations matters.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and site-specific payroll administration.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company HR policies, safety standards, and local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with management to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for site personnel.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools and conduct regular evaluations of field staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees regarding company culture, code of conduct, and internal procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or foreman role, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proven ability to manage labor relations and resolve conflicts in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Willingness to be stationed in Paser, Kalimantan Timur.
