Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to coordinate material flow and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including proper load handling and equipment operation
- Support warehouse organization by implementing FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory systems
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification (SIO/Sertifikasi Operator Forklift)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and work in standing/walking conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
