About the Role:
You will be responsible for the safe operation of forklifts to load, unload, and move materials. You will also assist with inventory checks and ensure the warehouse remains organized and compliant with safety regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate movement, counting, and placement of stock in designated storage areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and shipping containers, ensuring cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Documentation: Accurately update inventory logs and delivery paperwork as required.
Kualifikasi
- License: Valid SIM A or SIM B driving license (familiarity with forklift license is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when counting stock and handling delicate cargo.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate in Indonesian or English.
- Safety Conscious: Strong understanding of workplace safety standards.
- Reliability: Punctual and willing to work flexible shifts as required by operations.
