This critical role supports our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Tangerang, ensuring efficient material handling and inventory management. As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll operate reach trucks to transport goods, optimize storage space, and support shift-based operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures during all material handling activities
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through efficient stacking and organization of goods
- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records through SIO (Inventory Management System) data entry
- Collaborate with warehouse team to support shift schedules and operational deadlines
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of transportation vehicles with minimal damage
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification (SIO) with reach truck specialization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Proficient in operating reach trucks in confined warehouse environments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks in varying conditions
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
