Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex formulary rebate calculations with high precision and adherence to strict reporting timelines.
- Develop and maintain robust clinical utilization models to predict financial outcomes and trends.
- Generate comprehensive impact reports for management to support strategic formulary decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit rebate contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions for financial accuracy.
- Monitor and track pharmacy benefit management (PBM) claims data to validate rebate eligibility.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related healthcare-focused field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in rebate administration, pharmaceutical finance, or data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Strong understanding of formulary management, PBM operations, and pharmaceutical supply chain dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Certification or experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is highly desirable.
