Agrinusa Jaya Santosa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Staff to join our dynamic Research & Development (R&D) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing core formulation activities aimed at developing innovative new products and optimizing the performance of our existing portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about scientific innovation and quality assurance in the healthcare and medical sector.
Your primary focus will be on laboratory experiments, data analysis, and technical problem-solving to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate scientific concepts into market-ready solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development experiments to formulate new chemical or pharmaceutical products.
- Optimize existing product formulations to improve efficacy, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform analytical testing and quality control to ensure product specifications are met.
- Document all experimental data, procedures, and results accurately in technical reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale up laboratory formulations to commercial levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with R&D methodologies and product formulation processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in laboratory settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (GMP) is a plus.
