As our Formworks Supervisor, you will oversee the deployment, maintenance, and quality control of formworks across multiple project sites. You will work closely with site engineers and project managers to streamline operations, reduce material waste, and guarantee that safety and structural integrity standards are met at every stage of the build. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive formworks inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels across all active project sites.
- Oversee the preparation and assembly of formworks according to approved blueprints and structural designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure formwork installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of formwork materials.
- Monitor and minimize wastage of formwork materials through effective site management and training.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting logs for all inventory movements and site-specific needs.
- Provide technical guidance to the site labor force regarding formwork erection and dismantling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Formworks Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of formwork systems, structural engineering principles, and site safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings with high precision.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills, with proficiency in basic documentation software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between office management and field personnel.
- Relevant certification or license in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology is an advantage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a challenging construction site environment.
