Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against the budget and forecast, identifying trends and root causes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and reporting dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and drive business initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data within the ERP system (SAP experience preferred).
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial planning and reporting cycles.
- Prepare regular management presentations and ad-hoc financial analysis for key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.
